What is EM Action 2?
Erasmus Mundus Action 2 (the former “External Co-operation Window”) is a co-operation and mobility scheme in the area of higher education co-operation funded by the European Union. The EM Action 2 objective is to promote the exchange of persons, knowledge and skills at higher education level. For the first round, in total 9 lots for (groups of) countries surrounding the EU were defined. In the fourth round of EM8 Action 2 these have increased to 15 lots.
